The result is a vermouth balanced between sweetness and bitterness, which invites you to continue drinking it.
We recommend drinking it very cold with ice and a slice of lemon or orange. Or also olive macerated in rhubarb gin.
It is perfect to enjoy as a very cold dessert wine, without ice, in a flute glass or prepared with a few drops of Rein Bradley London Dry Gin.
