  This delicious txokolate is made with cocoa from Auki (Malaita) in the Solomon Islands, Melanesia (Oceania). To this great cocoa, we have added smoked sheep's milk, inspired by the very characteristic smoked sheep's cheeses of the Basque Country to make a reinterpretation of txokolate with sheep's milk and oak wood smoke.
